I’m Missy Boris, founder of MB Spa Consulting. I am a spa and med-spa expert with over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry.

After years of building and running high-end spas, from The Setai Wall Street to La Prairie at the Ritz-Carlton, I saw a the need first hand for elevated, strategic support — the kind that blends five-star service standards with smart, scalable operations.

That’s where I come in.

I partner with spa, wellness, and med-spa businesses to refine their offerings, elevate their teams, and ensure every client experience is unforgettable — and every backend system runs with precision.

When I’m not consulting, you’ll find me in the garden growing heirloom tomatoes, advocating for animal welfare, or hanging with my dog Mickey Ray and my cat Merry Lou, who fully believe they run the show (and they’re not wrong).
